In addition to our work on primary & secondary school facilities , ACH Clifford have completed many tertiary institutions. These projects require a depth of knowledge in specialist services from trade workshops to state of the art labs. Generally, work is undertaken on fully operational sites & we understand the requirements & complexities of constructing in these environments.

Kurri Kurri TAFE This project covered a variety of work over a site of more than 5 hectares, including new classrooms blocks, playing fields, road works, civil work inc dams & wetlands, administration, and refurbishment of 5 existing buildings. These cutting edge facilities were designed to minimise their impact on the surrounding environment including geo thermal heating & cooling & the protection & regeneration of environmentally sensitive areas. Work was carried out in a fully operational TAFE both during term & outside of term time so as to minimise disruption to the TAFE. Stage 2 work was located in areas integral with operation of the TAFE, precautions were necessary for student & pedestrian safety & to avoid interruption to classes back to top > |
