BRISBANE WATERS COLLEGE:
Umina Campus - Stages I & II

Stage I.New performance hall and workshop (1200m2), covered outdoor learning area, outdoor learning structures, games court, road works and soft landscaping. This was a fully operational campus through out the construction period. Larger construction initiatives strategically planned to coincide with the school holiday periods

Stage II. This project consisted of several separate milestones. The work comprised the design & construction of a new administration building, the refurbishment of the existing administration into new staff rooms, new car park & associated landscaping.

ACH Clifford worked in close cooperation with the school to avoid disruption to the activities of this fully operational school. Milestones were reworked to suit.

BRISBANE WATERS COLLEGE:
Woy Woy Campus - Stages I & II

Stage I. Design Development & Construction of a new administration building and conversion of existing administration block to classrooms. Construction of two new car parks, and upgraded electrical supply to school. Fully operational campus through out the project. Removal of hazardous materials within the confines of an operating school

Stage II.The works included design development & additions to the existing performance workshop to create a state of the art space for the school’s music & drama curriculum. The refurbishment of commercial teaching kitchen & canteen & extensive landscaping, including the creation of an outdoor amphitheatre.

TUGGERAH LAKES COLLEGE:
The Entrance Campus - Stage II

Work here involved the refurbishment of 10 classrooms in a classroom block where the remaining classrooms were still in use. Provision of new science lab, computer labs & dance studio with timber sprung floor.

Tumbi Umbi Campus - Stages II

Work comprised the design development & construction of the extension to a double storey fully operating classroom block, providing computer labs & general learning areas. Site works included associated landscaping & road works.

Berkeley Vale Campus - Stages I & II

Extension to the existing library. The refurbishment of 2 occupied staff rooms. Was programmed to be completed during holiday periods so there was minimal disruption to staff.

This project consisted of the Design & Construction of a new Communal Hall, covered outdoor learning area & site works to compliment the new construction.

HARBORD PUBLIC SCHOOL

Refurbishment of several classroom blocks, including an extensive double storey linkway, new canteen building, covered outdoor learning area & toilets, car parking, completed over several Milestones to allow for minimal disruption to the fully operational school. Work was completed 2 months ahead of contractual completion.

HELENSBURGH PUBLIC SCHOOL

This project involved the design development & construction of a communal hall & extensive civil & landscaping work. The hall was to be built on a steeply sloping site, with difficult access & required extensive excavation in rock. Working with our design team enabled ACH Clifford to come up with a solution whereby rock breakers were bought onto site , thus allowing the excavated material to be recycled & used on site , rather than disposal.

VARIOIUS PRESCHOOLS

Three separate projects entailed the upgrade of over 30 different preschools across the Sydney area. The scope of works included the initial survey of each school to determine the scope of works required to bring each site up to mandatory codes & standards. Construction was carried out in operational preschools & procedures & protection of preschool age children was of the utmost importance.
