DEPARTMENT OF MINERAL RESOURCES HEAD OFFICE:
Maitland

High quality office fit out, consisting of upgrading all air conditioning, electrical and hydraulic services, installation of 458 work stations on two levels with high quality fitments (5,000 m2 overall). Completed with 15 weeks on site working to a tight programme. Staff were required to work around the clock to ensure completion on the day, and within budget despite significant changes to the design made during the construction period.

ROYAL BOTANIC GARDENS:
Sydney - Gift Shop

This project involved the conversion & additions to a heritage toilet block & subsequent retail fitout to create a new gift shop within the Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney.

Head Office, Call Centre & Museum

We have completed a range of projects for the NRMA including fitout of corporate head office in Clarence Street & the ground floor Museum, shop fitouts in Parramatta, Hornsby & Miranda & a call centre.

FURLEY'S PHARMACY :
Double Bay

This project consisted not only of a fitout to update the existing pharmacy but the amalgamation of the adjoining shop . The pharmacy traded throughout the fitout with a shut down of only 1 day for the structural work. This required working throughout the night to complete work ready for opening time the following day.
