• Building Cadet – This is an opportunity for a student currently studying a tertiary building qualification or a recent graduate. You will gain training & experience  across a range of areas in the management of commercial construction projects from $500,000 to $8,000,000. Excellent career advancement is assured for candidates with the ability to demonstrate aptitude , initiative  & an ability to work to tight time frames.
  
  

• Contract Administrator – A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is essential. Knowledge of QA/OHS would be advantageous , as would previous experience working on government projects. As we are a small/medium size firm you will be required to develop a range of expertise across all areas of the administering of contracts, the management of subcontractor performance & the fulfilment of the requirements of our Quality Management Systems.
